This route gives you full control and immediate access. You handle the messaging, the interviews and the reference checks yourself. Because it is an independent marketplace, profiles are not screened by our placement team — verifying experience, references and any certifications is your responsibility on this path.

Option two: ask us to manage the search

Full-Service Placement is intended for recurring part-time or full-time positions rather than a single evening. You describe the role once, and our team handles targeted outreach, initial screening conversations and a shortlist, then coordinates the introductions.

This suits families who do not have time to write postings, filter responses and run first-round conversations, or who have a specific combination of schedule, languages or responsibilities that needs a focused search.

What we do not offer

We do not run a concierge or emergency booking desk, so we cannot arrange a babysitter for tonight or for a one-off event. If you need occasional last-minute cover, the self-service marketplace is the practical route, and building a relationship with two or three sitters you already trust is the most reliable long-term approach.
